Research Opportunity For Students: Yale Summer Science Research Institute

This summer will be the fifth iteration of the Yale-New Haven High School Summer Science Research Institute (SSRI), a program to connect qualified high school students from the New Haven area with scientific research labs at Yale for paid summer internships.

We hope to provide high-quality research experiences to New Haven students in order to excite them about scientific investigation, to enable them to explore new scientific fields, and to increase their college preparedness.

Attached to this email are the application instructions and associated material for interested students. They are also available online at https://ssri.sites.yale.edu/. We would greatly appreciate if you could forward this email to your school’s science department and/or specific teachers who have promising students interested in a summer internship.
