Friday, September 6, 2019: B DAY

 

Admissions Ambassadors Needed – Our school has an opportunity for students to represent Sound during campus tours, admissions interviews, school recruitment visits, our upcoming open house event and more.  Students can earn community service hours as well as fulfill the sophomore leadership project. If interested, please attend an informational session during G period on Thursday, September 12th in room 405 Thomas.  Unable to attend or have questions, see Steve Joseph, Pam Ertelt or Rick Padro. This is a great way to share how special Sound School is to you.  See you there!

 

The Sound School Community Service will be at the downtown evening soup kitchen Tuesday September 24, 2019 from 5-7. Space is limited to 6 students. Any student who has been selected to attend the national ffa convention in October must attend a meeting Monday 9/9 during g period in the cafe. Please bob or Pebbles if you have AB as your double.

 

 

Want to be a better student? Want to have more free time when you are at home?  Want to get improved grades?  COME TO HOMEWORK CENTER! MORNING IS ALREADY OPEN AND AFTERNOONS STARTING TUESDAY SEPTERMBER 10th!!! Thomas Building 2nd Floor: Before school Monday – Friday 7:15AM – 8:00AM; After school Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2:30PM – 4:30PM.

 

 

Earn community service hours! Volunteers are needed TOMORROW at the Guilford Fairgrounds from 12 to 3 for the Alison Varian Fundraiser.  Flyers are hanging on the bulletin board in McNeil lobby and on the Foote Building Main Office door for additional information.

 

 

Once again we will be announcing a Citizen of the Week every Friday and we need YOU to submit the nominations. This year, nomination forms can be found in McNeil, right outside the Café. Just fill in completely and put in the bin in the main office before Thursday each week. Students can nominate people and so can staff. Students can be nominated and so can staff. Thanks!
