ADDENDUM: ANNOUNCEMENTS

THURSDAY, September 12, 2019: F-DAY

 

There will be a senior meeting TODAY during period G in the cafeteria.

 

Upperclassmen that are interested in chaperoning, with apologies Randy is all set for this year’s trip. Due to logistics it has to be a much smaller number than in year’s past. If you are one of the chaperones and haven’t yet turned your forms in to Randy, please do so as soon as possible. And anyone that wants to donate food or money to the trip, please see Randy or Caroline. 

 

This is a reminder for all Sharpie sailors:  We will be meeting this afternoon and will continue on a Tues, Wed, Thurs schedule through the 1st week in November.  If you intend on earning SAE credit you must have paid your FFA dues attend regularly.

 

 

Lifeguard Classes begin September 19! Open Swim Thursdays 4-7PM, Lecture Fridays 4-6PM, Lifeguard Bootcamp Saturdays 10AM-2PM. Water activities are held at the Hillhouse pool and Lecture at 790 Grand Avenue. Call 203-777-6771 or 203-928-0644 or email kdeclet@ccaoh.org.

 

Admissions Ambassadors Needed – Our school has an opportunity for students to represent Sound during campus tours, admissions interviews, school recruitment visits, our upcoming open house event and more.  Students can earn community service hours as well as fulfill the sophomore leadership project. If interested, please attend an informational session during G period TODAY, in room 405 Thomas.  Unable to attend or have questions, see Steve Joseph, Pam Ertelt or Rick Padro. This is a great way to share how special Sound School is to you.  See you there!

 

 

HOMEWORK CENTER IS OPEN BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL! If you want to be a better student, to have more free time when you are at home, to get improved grades…  COME TO HOMEWORK CENTER! Thomas Building 2nd Floor: Before school Monday – Friday 7:15AM – 8:00AM; After school Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2:30PM – 4:30PM.
