Do you like fiddling around with electronics? Have you ever played around with making stuff sink or float? If you’re interested in learning about underwater robots and how they work, and think you might want to try being a part of a team that builds a remotely-operated underwater vehicle, or ROV, then come to the first meeting of the ROV/Underwater Technology Directed Lab TOMORROW from 2:30-4:30pm in Dave Low’s room (Emerson 203). New and returning members are all welcome. If you want to participate but can’t make it this week, then let Dave know at some point between now and then if you can. Hope to see you Friday afternoon!
The Tabletop Gaming Club has a wide selection of games to play, running Thursdays from dismissal to 4:30 in Lori Blank’s room in Anderson. This week they will be playing a game about a western bar shootout and another about competing to be the strongest alien animal species on an exotic world. Come in TODAY and join the fun!
NEXT Tuesday, October 29th’s after school activities, with the exception of Homework Center, are cancelled due to admissions interviews. Please plan accordingly.
Interested in taking a FREE college class in January? You must see Julie in Student Services on any Tuesday through November 5th. You need to be a junior or senior with good grades and responsible behaviors. Both NEW and RETURNING students must apply, so don’t delay.
